a site specific journey through mixed media works and assemblages

‘Intoxicating, mysterious and quietly haunting – the landscape of the Far South Coast has intrigued me since my arrival seven years ago to the small rural community of Pambula.’

These mixed media works and assemblages explore a love of coastal landforms – where sea, sky and dairy flat appear as recurring motifs and markers of a place that gently seeps into you, revealing intimate glimpses into a landscape reflecting a certain authenticity of time and place.

The surfaces offer a unique richness in texture enhanced through inventive technical applications using acrylic paint, metal, antique linoleum, found objects and aged paper.
